An international event dedicated to promoting a new vision of tourism in the Mediterranean, based on environmental sustainability , territorial inclusion , and innovation . Ports, coastal cities, institutions, operators, and startups will meet to define shared and regenerative models along the entire tourism supply chain: from cruises to passenger transport, from ecosystem protection to open innovation.

The impact of tourist flows on the Mediterranean area

At the Maritime Station of the Port of Salerno, the Propeller Club Salerno launches the Mediterranean Forum for Sustainable Tourism (FMTS) with an initial event dedicated to authentic and concrete dialogue between institutions, industry operators, and local communities.
The goal is to build together the path towards the main event, scheduled for 5 and 6 March 2026 , which aims to promote shared strategies for truly sustainable tourism throughout the Mediterranean basin.
The meeting on May 13, 2025, is the first stage of a series of preparatory initiatives and will focus on analyzing the impact of tourist flows and the role that public policies, port infrastructure, and territorial cooperation can play in guiding a transition toward more sustainable models.
